Nestify provides hosting and deployment services for developers. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

Use of the Service

Account and Security

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected Git integration tokens.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Nestify for:

  • Illegal Activities: Hosting content that violates any laws, including copyright infringement or illegal transactions.
  • Abuse: Intentionally overloading our infrastructure (e.g., DoS attacks, crypto mining).
  • Malware: Distributing viruses, worms, or any malicious code.
  • Phishing: Hosting sites designed to deceive users into providing sensitive information.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or hosting spam-related content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy without prior notice.

Resource Usage

We provide various plans with different resource limits (bandwidth, build minutes, storage). Excessive consumption that impacts our infrastructure or other users may result in throttling or additional charges as specified in your plan.

Content and Responsibility

Your Content

You retain all rights to the code and data you host on Nestify. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, build, and serve your content as necessary to provide the hosting service.

Third-Party Services

Nestify may integrate with third-party services like GitHub or GitLab. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

Fees and Billing

  • Certain features of Nestify are paid. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, we will stop hosting your applications and may delete your data after a reasonable period.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Nestify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we strive for high availability.
  • We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our dashboard.
